Lee Hersh is a fellow workout aficionado and yoga instructor who develops recipes with nutritionally sound (and mostly gluten-free) ingredients. And her enthusiasm is infectious. Just read her post on DIY almond butter, where she gushes about the specks of vanilla bean in the spread and ends with a rousing, “Real food rules.” Right on.
